Ketla varshe mali gaya Kem chho……… Sav bas bhauli gaya ta kem chho……..Thanks a zillion for puting this snaps here………..you know i was planning to visit C N during my visit to to a,bad for 2 days along with my daughter……..Now at least i have ths snaps to show her……Thanks again.

mehul, this time I am going to India this July end for a month, I will take my both kids there and take pictures there a lot of pictures. these pictures are simply great. put me 25 yr behind. I join CN from 5th std.(1978) and left after 12th in 1986.. many things r same.

i wish Dhulabhai (Suthari wala) is still there at least.

Few more names to add for the teaches on the Picture of the Month…
Dulabhai, Kamleshbhai (PT Teacher), Pramodbhai, Bachubhai, Rajendrabhai Mehta Sir, Jitendrabhai, Harisbhai…

Zaranaben Mehta, Nitaben, Kalpanaben, Amitaben, Sarojben, and Mrudulaben….

I was fortunate to be tought may many or most of them so could recollect many names by seeing the photo.

If there is any way i could get contact details for these teachers.. I would love to see them when I am in India next time.

I remember Panalal Shah (My class teacher in 10th grade), Vidyaben, Kapilaben, Derasari Saheb, Makwana Saheb (Hindi 10th and PT) , Himmatbhai Sir (Science), Chotubhai (PT), Saini Saheb (11th Hindi), Mahendrabhai Shah (10, 11 Maths), Bhailalbhai Patel (English 11), Ishwarbhai (11th Ankganit)

I remeber Bhailalbhai Shah the most – few times a day – always listening to the songs or singing the songs he taught me. Whenever I am teaching maths to my children I think of Mahendrabhai Shah. With so much of ease and simplicity he was able to explain/present difficult concepts
